The Nickel Alloy 200 Coil is made from commercially pure wrought nickel (with a minimum of 99.6% Ni), offering excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Its typical makeup includes iron (≤0.40%), manganese (≤0.35%), carbon (≤0.15%), and copper (≤0.25%). In terms of mechanical properties, it has a tensile strength of about 55,000 psi (380 MPa) and a yield strength of around 11,000 psi (76 MPa), along with impressive ductility and toughness. It maintains its structural integrity over a wide range of temperatures, making it suitable for both cryogenic and high-temperature applications.
